True quality does not just happen. Being there to see the harvesting of cherries and the stages of processing, as well as the detailed drying and dry mill preparation that happens, connected many dots for me and reinforced the confidence we have in our producers. Our coffees are being treated as a specialist product at origin and are in good hands – the attention to detail, dedication and innovation at every step was inspiring.
