Encanto is one of the farms belonging to the Mierisch family, whose hard work and innovation (among many other great qualities) has seen them achieve a massive reputation in speciality coffee. Their farms in Nicaragua and Honduras are benchmarks for excellence, with complex and unusual microlots alongside coffees like this - an easy drinking, well balanced cup with notes of chocolate, hazelnut and green apple.
