Finca Limoncillo is in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. It is 171 hectares in size, 109 used for coffee cultivation, with the remainder used to raise cattle and horses and left to natural woodland. The Mierisch family follows sustainable farming practices and exercises considerate land management to reduce their environmental impact as much as possible.
