It started as a notebook of a mothers recipes and went on to win the Gourmand Award for the Best Indian Cookbook in the World.
Join us for an evening of beautiful food and matched beverages using recipes that have been passed down for generations. Laxmi & Jayshri Ganda and friends will be joining us in the kitchen to prepare some of their favourite dishes for this not-to-be-missed event. Following dinner, the authors will share with us insights into their food journey. Signed copies of their cookbook will be available for purchase on the night.
