Ethiopia Tappie is from small-holder producers in Jimma, South-western Ethiopia. Their farms are less than 5 hectares each and they deliver their coffee cherries to be processed at the wet mill in Bonga; a town in the region. The wet processing mill is overseen by farmer Mekonnen Gebresilase.
We have roasted this coffee since the 2016 harvest and it is a staple our blends; Empire and Hodson.
