An introduction into tasting coffee, with a focus on how different origins can affect flavour in the cup. This course is the ideal step into the world of coffee for beginners & those wishing to explore their palate! The coffee will be evaluated by ‘cupping’; the internationally recognised standard for tasting and scoring coffees.
