There has been a great deal of energy invested in LA LLAMA under the care of Pedro Rodriguez. Pedro
Rodriguez purchased LA LLAMA in 2015. He now owns and operates 11 farms in Carnavi, La Paz, West
Bolivia. He renamed the farm to reflect the National animal of Bolivia – the Llama! Pedro has a vision to
see the Specialty coffee industry in Bolivia thrive. He is pushing the boundaries of agricultural techniques
by experimenting with different varieties, processing techniques and the planting of new Lots throughout
his farm.
