This coffee is produced by FAL Café, whom Ozone Coffee have worked with since the 2014 harvest.
Antonio Carlos is the talented young Agronomist who manages the two FAL Café farms Fazenda Santa
Izabel and Fazenda Monte Verde. Both of these farms are in the Sul de Minas region of Minas Gerais
state. Both farms place regularly in the Cup of Excellence and Brazil Specialty Coffee Association awards.
There is a high level of traceability at Fazenda Santa Izabel. Each picked lot is processed, dried, and kept
separate until it has been cupped and assessed for quality and flavour profile. Coffees that score highly
are kept aside and go onto awards submission and are coffees we cup for our micro-lot single origin
offering.
