If you have an espresso machine, the Espresso Martini is a perfect way to impress your friends when hosting a dinner party. If you don’t have an espresso machine, try using our Cold Brew recipe. This perfect post-dinner pick-me-up cocktail is sure to jolt you awake with its delightful flavours.
Joel's Cold Brew Espresso Martini Recipe:
Ingredients:
50ml Vodka
35ml Ozone Coffee El Yalcon Cold Brew
25ml Cointreau
25ml Demerara sugar syrup
Slice of orange
1. Add Vodka, Ozone Coffee El Yalcon Cold Brew, Cointreau and demerara sugar syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a twisted slice of orange, zesting the rim of the glass.
The combination of bitter and sweet Cointreau flavours paired with coffee is a match made in heaven.

Top Tip:
For making espresso martini's at home; sugar is king and always Demerara for the flavour (or panela if you're feeling fancy). Combine two parts sugar, and one part water in a saucepan over a low heat; stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool before use.
