Our Head Chef, Dean Lewis, has crafted a menu designed to impress, featuring standout dishes like braised beef cheek with steamed cabbage leaf-stuffed snapper mousseline, cauliflower puree, and pickled shiitake mushrooms, along with indulgent braised mushroom and blue cheese profiteroles and much more. This is an evening you won't want to miss!
