Since really young, Antonio Carlos Machado has been working with coffee. He was born in a producing coffee family and today he produces an incredible quality coffee at "Chacara Boa Vista" in a unique mountainous region in Ouro Fino city, Minas Gerais State.
In the day-to-day activities, Antonio's wife and family work with him. They take care of a small 1-hectare property at 115Om altitude. 3 years ago, a green coffee buyer mentioned to Antonio that his coffee had potential and could achieve better results if he focuses on quality instead of quantity. From there he started to study everything about coffee and immersed himself in the specialty coffee world. He got excited about the opportunities and decided to focus on the quality to improve sustainability and provide financial stability to his family. Today, Antonio's coffee production is 100% specialty coffee.
