Antonio, a third-generation coffee producer, has been cultivating coffee since 2014. Witnessing the evolution of the coffee industry over the years, he feels privileged to contribute to its growth.

He owns El Pino farm, a 5-hectare plot with 3 hectares dedicated to coffee production. Located in Bañaderos village, Santiago de Puringla, the farm produces only Typica variety, cultivated at 1700 m.a.s.l. Antonio began focusing on specialty coffee production five years ago, fulfilling a lifelong dream. He is immensely proud of his achievement, having successfully exported his high-quality coffee to international markets.

Antonio is transitioning his production into more sustainable practices. For example, Antonio carefully considers the elements he applies to his soil. He conducts regular soil analysis to tailor the fertilization process, ensuring his coffee crops receive the necessary nutrients. For Antonio, coffee is more than just a crop; it's a family legacy to be cherished and preserved. His wife plays a crucial role in the farm's operations, contributing to the production of high-quality coffee. Driven by a desire to provide for his family and pass on this tradition to future generations, Antonio continues to strive for excellence in coffee production.
