For Belisario Opocue, coffee is not just the product that he grows on his farm, for him coffee is tradition and passion. Coffee has been part of Belisario’s life ever since he can remember. Belisario’s father used to be a coffee grower and Belisario learned most of the things he knows today from him. When he was young, he would help his father on the farm, with the harvest through to the drying of the coffee. He always felt very proud of what his family has built, and he knew that he wanted to follow with the tradition and that coffee was going to play an important role in his life.
