We’re featuring another great coffee from Alberto Reyes this week. From his farm El Limon in Guatemala we have a washed Pacamara variety. Known for its abnormally large bean size, Pacamara is a cross from Brazilian variety Maragogype and an El Salvadoran variety called Pacas. They can be tough to grow and are susceptible to disease. However, in the right conditions they produce exceptional coffee.
