This lot has been carefully prepared in the area of Kello Raro, a District of Uraga in the broader Guji Zone. This coffee has been picked at the optimal time of maturity with the supervision of the dry mill managers.
Raro Kello wet mill is owned by SNAP Specialty Coffee. Coffee cherries are picked at the optimal level of ripening, then delivered to the wet mill where the sorting, pulping and washing of the coffee is completed before being dried on raised beds. Once dried, the coffee is rested for 2 months at the warehouse, then milled and transported on to Addis Ababa for a final export milling and processing.
