Bright bergamot and green apple acidity layered over fresh raspberry, red currant and milk chocolate in the finish.
Nyota (meaning "Star" in Swahili) is a name designed for this coffee by our supply partner Cofinet to represent the classic and consistent profile of the Kenya Central Highlands. This coffee is a regional selection from various smallholders integrated into cooperatives across the highest altitude coffee zones.
This coffee follows the traditional Kenyan washed method: pulping, controlled fermentation, and thorough washing. Final classification is conducted at the dry mills, where the beans are screen-sized to guarantee the AB quality standard and roasting consistency.
