Rigoberto was born into coffee; he’s been involved throughout his entire life and shows no signs of stopping. Having inherited Finca Dios De Te from his father Don Laureano, he’s been improving the coffee ever since. Around 7 years ago he made the decision to switch to producing specialty coffee, this decision has allowed him to grow his business, build a house and increase the size of his farm. This lot is a Pink Bourbon variety which is challenging to produce as it involves attention to detail when picking the cherries to ensure maximum ripeness.
