Produced by Ubeimar Urbano and his family at Finca La Lunita. For this 100% Caturra micro-lot, cherries were strictly picked with the same level of ripeness and then exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 30 hours. After this the coffee was pulped and shade dried on parabolic beds to an ideal moisture content.
