Processed in the Natural method, the attention to detail is evident in the clean, rounded, chocolate and nut forward flavour profile, which we’re delighted to say continues to improve year on year.
Chocolate praline fills your mug, with just a little hint of caramel running through it. Toasted hazelnuts round out this simple but deeply satisfying coffee.

Fazenda Nova Aliança: Where Tradition Meets Sustainability
Nestled in the lush highlands of Minas Gerais, Brazil, Fazenda Nova Aliança is a shining example of tradition meeting innovation in coffee cultivation. Owned by fifth-generation coffee producer Juliana Paulino da Costa Mello and her husband Flavio, an agronomist, the 150-hectare farm has been in Juliana’s family for generations. Their deep-rooted legacy is reflected in every aspect of the farm’s operations, from the careful selection of Arabica varietals like Red and Yellow Catuaí and Mundo Novo, to the close-knit network of family-run farms that share knowledge and uphold a shared commitment to quality.
Sustainability is at the heart of Nova Aliança. Flavio and Juliana have transformed the farm into a model of ecological stewardship - planting native and fruit trees to boost biodiversity, producing organic fertilisers from composted farm waste, and using data-driven methods to monitor plant health. Every decision, from pruning to harvesting, is guided by a blend of scientific insight and respect for the land. The result is a vibrant, resilient ecosystem that produces exceptional coffee while preserving the environment for future generations.
