Christmas Delivery Information

Christmas is just around the corner, and the festive season is gearing up to be busier than ever in 2023. Our delivery partners are already handling high volumes of posts and parcels, making it crucial for everyone to ensure they have everything ordered in time to avoid any festive disappointment.

Orders placed during the Christmas period will be affected by Christmas Day and Boxing Day on the 24th, 25th and 26th December 2023, New Year's Eve on the 31st December, and New Year's Day on the 1st January 2023, with additional Public Holidays on the 2nd January 2023.

The recommended last order date for gifting is the 19th December to ensure delivery before Christmas. We will be roasting and dispatching all orders up to 12pm on Friday, 22nd December. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the 27th December.

Any orders placed after 8 am on the 29th December will be processed and sent on Wednesday, 3rd January 2024, as our hardworking team takes a well-deserved break to spend time with their friends and family.

In case you find yourself doing some last-minute shopping, don't panic! We offer a range of digital gift cards and digital coffee gift subscriptions, which we can email to you right up until the 22nd December. Both our eatery and bean store will be open until the 24th December with holiday hours for any emergency coffee needs!
