Christmas Delivery Information

Christmas is just around the corner - we all know that the festive season is a very busy period, but 2022 looks to be busier than ever, with our delivery partners already experiencing high volumes of post and parcels - which is why we are urging everyone to make sure they have everything ordered in time to avoid any festive disappointment.

Orders placed over the Christmas period will be affected by Christmas Day and Boxing Day in the NZ on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December 2022, plus Public Holidays on 27th and 28th December, New Year's Eve 31st December and New Year's Day 1st January, Public Holiday on 2nd and 3rd January 2023.

Recommended last order date for gifting is 16th December to ensure it is received before Christmas.

We will be roasting and posting all orders up to 12pm on Friday 23rd December. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on 28th December.

All the orders placed after 8am on 30th December will be processed and sent on Wednesday 4th January 2023. This is to give our extremely hardworking team a bit of a break to spend time with their friends and family.

If you do end up leaving some shopping until last minute - don’t panic – we have a range of digital gift cards and digital coffee gift subscriptions, which we can email you right up to 23rd December. Both our eatery and beanstore will be open until 24th December with holiday hours, should you need to buy some emergency coffee!
