This bundle features two lots from our friends at El Yalcon in the Huila region of Colombia: one caffeinated / one decaffeinated. El Yalcon Decaf is a Natural EA Decaf Coffee, processed at the Descafecol plant in Manizales. The beauty of the Natural EA process is that it helps preserve most of the original flavours of the coffee while adding fruity notes and some complexity to the cup.
With an aroma of marzipan leads into flavours of candied lemon and buttery sweet pastry. A long brown sugar note lingers in the finish.
